Language Courses for Youth Aged 9 to 17
Give your child the opportunity to learn a new language or perfect their language skills in a fun and stimulating environment with teachers who are devoted to your child’s learning.
Our online programs use a secure web platform and include several levels focused on language comprehension and oral and written communication. Our groups are open to 4 to 15 students, which is the perfect class size for effective learning and for making new friends to practise with. We offer French, English, Spanish, and Mandarin courses.
We also offer private online courses if you prefer a personalized learning experience.
How does registration for a youth language course work?
- Create an account on our online plateform (a Gmail account is required).
- Take the oral and written test. It’s free!
- Get the results of your test within 72 hours.
- Finalize your registration.
Placement Test
All future language school students must take a placement test, except for:
- Students who have no knowledge of the language they wish to learn.
- Current students of the YMCA International Language School or former students who studied at the YMCA International Language School in the last 6 months.
New: International Language School Camp
We offer a language day camp in French et in English for kids aged 7 to 12. In the mornings, kids will take part in fun language workshops taught by the language school’s teachers, and in the afternoons they will participate in a wide range of camp activities. This is the best way to learn while having a blast!
