Francisation program

French is the official and common language in Québec. It is used in public institutions, in the workplace, in schools, in communications, and in commerce and business. It is also a symbol of shared belonging to and participation in Québec society.

 

Our organization is proud to partner with the Government of Québec to offer:

  • Part-time French courses
  • Beginner, intermediate, and advanced French level courses

This is the only place to access the government’s French courses. These courses are open to:

  • People aged 16 and older as of the July 1st preceding the application for admission and who live in Québec:
    • Immigrants;
    • Canadians by birth or descent;
  • Workers in companies who wish to receive French learning services
  • People who plan to settle in Québec

The Government of Québec offers free French courses. These courses may also be eligible for financial assistance, under certain conditions.

 

French learning can be done:

  • Through full-time or part-time courses
  • In person or online
  • From anywhere Québec
  • From abroad under certain conditions

French courses can also be:

  • Offered entirely online (synchronous or asynchronous)
  • Specialized by field of employment
  • Offered in the workplace
